Business program is an important component and an effective tool of competitiveness of any exhibition. Exactly the events of business program are capable to provide enough visitors-experts at the exhibition. The more interested visitors - the more strongly motivation of exhibitors to participate next year. In 2010 the program of business events consisted of 59 actions. It’s important to notify that 32 fr om them were initiated directly by Departments of Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation that has defined their urgency, importance and diversity. By the results of all events were accepted resolutions and other resulting documents. The total of experts who have visited business events was nearby 5,5 thousand persons.
In 2010 key for discussion theme “Perfection and efficiency of technologies – a basis of development and stability increase of agriculture” have been chosen. Exactly this topic became a leitmotif of central event – agro-forum which has taken a place on October, 9th. This large-scale event (more than 400 participants) has allowed involving in discussion not only the leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture, deputies of State Duma, representatives of the Moscow Government, Rosselhozakademii, but also heads of other interested ministries, branch unions and associations, heads concerning the agro-industrial complex of Russian regions, representatives of mass media.
No branch can successfully develop if “young blood” doesn’t join number of its experts – graduates fr om agrarian universities and young specialists. That’s why leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia are the second year initiators of All-Russian forum “Youth agribusiness in the innovative development of Russian agro-industrial complex”. The extensive discussion of a question of youth agribusiness at the federal level promotes not only to attraction of state and society attention to the given problem, but allows establishing the reasons, braking development of youth business. Also it allows development of recommendations for progress in small and average business in agro-industrial complex. 600 persons have taken part in this meeting fr om more than 60 regions of Russia.
Livestock sector and veterinary.
Pole of branch unions and associations in domestic livestock has considerably grown last years. In seminar “Livestock development – as the basis of food safety maintenance and export potential creation” have taken part the heads of 5 leading cattle-breeding unions: Souzmoloko, Rosptitsesouz, National uni on of beef manufactures, National union of sheep breeders.
Besides this question Russian cattle-breeders have discussed such serious problems as epizootic situation with African swine fever in Russia, information support introduction in livestock breeding, order of the medical products reference in veterinary and other questions.
Plant growing.
For this branch the past summer with its climate cataclysms has passed with the big damage. Serious economic losses have forced heads of enterprises to apply widely new technologies and in o new fashion to look at application of insurance programs. Thereupon a number of the vital topics connected with the ways of struggle against consequences of a drought and with innovative technologies in plant- and seed-growing have been prepared. Also there were carried out some events devoted to the concrete cultures: soya, pumpkin, garlic, sugar beet.
Social development of the village.
Perspective way of rural territories development is rural tourism. Heads of those regions wh ere care of well-being of the countrymen, for example Republics Chuvashiya, Kareliya, Bashkiriya, Sakha- Yakutia, Samara and Yaroslavl areas, actively develop this activity and do notable success in this direction. Representatives of these regions have acquainted their neighbors with success in this area during the conference on development of rural tourism.
Information-consulting maintenance in agro-industrial complex.
The uniform system of state information support in agriculture development is an actual question in the present. Perfection of mechanisms of bringing necessary information to users of all levels is the basic condition of the further development of agriculture.
Technologies of power efficiency and alternative technologies. Alternative energy.
The business program of an exhibition “Technologies of power efficiency and alternative technologies. Alternative energy” has collected a considerable quantity of specialists (329 persons). There have been spent 3 events on given subject. Conference “Experience and practice of renewed energy sources development at the agricultural production enterprises” it’s possible to name “International” since among lectures were not only domestic experts – leading brunch experts, but also representatives from Germany, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
Foreign countries.
Foreign countries have an active participation in business program of “Golden Autumn-2010”. Within the lim its of the exhibition has passed 8 events initiated by foreign participants from 5 different countries: Denmark, France, Argentina, Holland and The USA. All events have been focused on the practical aspects of cooperation between Russia and foreign partners. Also there were touched upon the issues of interaction and ways profitability increasing within the lim its of this cooperation.
Demonstration events.
In an exhibition “Breeding animal industries” (October, 1st – October, 4th) in pavilion 32 were demonstrated the best representatives of agricultural animal breeds of Russian and foreign sel ection from 32 regions of Russia, have taken place the international piggy races causing invariable interest of visitors of the exhibition. 12 best pigs-sportsmen representing Russia, Ukraine and Belarus took part in competitions.
Practical events.
Stable interest of exhibition visitors is caused by the practical actions. Specialists who have visited a master-class “New technologies in seed processing” have a unique possibility to see in operation seed dressers of new generation which don’t have any analogs in the world. This master-class was organized by All-Russian institute of mechanization (VIM) together with organizers of the exhibition. Also the great interest of specialists has caused a master-class “Reserves of a sugar beet profitability increasing”.
Having shown at the All-Russian exhibition centre all he best in agro-industrial complex of the country exhibitions “Golden Autumn” and “AgroTech. Russia” have passed into history, generously awarding the participants of the exhibition.
14 branch competitions have been spent during these exhibitions. Besides traditional in competitive program have been included 4 new competitions: “The best agricultural cooperative”, “The best family dairy farm”, “For creation of new elite grades of agricultural crops”, “The organization of hi-tech agricultural production and rational land tenure in labor associations of children and youth”. Also there was a new nomination “Products prepared under ancient receipts” in the competition program “For producing of high-quality biologically safe food production”. By results of tasting and competitive commissions winners were awarded by 634 gold, 485 silver and 212 bronze medals.
